These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aikyalearn.com (the "Website") and any lectures, notes or services offered under the name AIkya Learn (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL NAME], based in [CITY, STATE], India.

By using the Website or obtaining any material from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service if you are at least 18, or between 13 and 18 with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm the information you give us is accurate.

2. What we provide

  • Free video lectures published on our YouTube channel, covering UPSC General Studies Papers 1–4, Current Affairs, NCERTs and optionals.
  • Compiled notes supplied as view-only Google Drive documents after payment through our Razorpay payment page.
  • Free updates to notes you already have access to, delivered through the same Drive link.

We may add, change, reorganise or withdraw material at any time. Where a change materially affects access you have paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

3. AI-generated narration

Lectures are narrated using AI voice synthesis, working from material researched and structured beforehand. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but the Service is study material, not an authoritative source. Always verify facts, figures and syllabus details against official publications and standard textbooks before relying on them in an examination.

4. Payment and access

  • Prices are listed on the Notes page in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed Indian payment aggregator. We do not collect, process or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point.
  • Our payment page allows you to enter the amount yourself. You are responsible for entering the correct amount for your chosen pack.
  • After paying you must email theaimonke@gmail.com stating which pack you want and your payment reference. Payment alone does not identify your pack. Access is granted manually, normally within 24 hours.
  • All payments are one-time. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Access is personal, non-transferable and granted to one individual.

5. How you may use the material

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the notes for your own exam preparation.

You may not:

  • share, forward, resell, sublicense or publish your access link or the notes;
  • copy, screenshot, transcribe, re-upload or redistribute the material in any form;
  • use the material to run a coaching class, batch or any commercial offering;
  • attempt to bypass the view-only restrictions on the documents.

Breach allows us to revoke your access immediately and without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in the notes — text, structure, diagrams, logo, brand name and lecture material — belongs to [LEGAL NAME] unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Indian copyright law. Government publications, official syllabi and previous year questions remain the property of their respective bodies and are referenced for educational purposes only.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not promise selection, a particular rank, or a particular score. Your result depends on your own preparation, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of outcome.

8. No official affiliation

AIkya Learn is an independent educational project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any government body. Always confirm syllabus, dates and eligibility on the official UPSC website.

9. Third-party services

The Website links to third-party platforms including YouTube, Google Drive, Razorpay and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or the notes. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you actually paid for the material in question.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, share your access link, or misuse the Service. Where the breach is serious, no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
